Das Hotel befindet sich gerade in Renovierung, die Aussenfassade wird erneuert und das gesamte Gebäude ist eine Baustelle. Wir haben zwei Nächste gebucht, aber nur ein Nacht geblieben.

Great location, professional staff, big room and bed. I had a bit of an issue with the internet on my laptop (it worked on a phone), and since my stay was short I couldn't resolve it (err name not resolved).

Family - Dec - 2020 - 3 nights.

Very friendly staff, they can communicate a little in english. The breakfast included is very good and the chef is good too. The price deserve what you get and the room was clean and well heated, the only problem I faced was in hot water. There is a bumbing problem to our room. Other than that every thing is good. The place of hotel nearby a park, shopping mall (10 min walking). The neighbourhood is quite with a lot of local shops nearby.

Yıllardır iş sebebi ile Antepe gelir ve farklı otelleri denerim. Bir gece kaldığım bu oteli 9 puan olması için tercih ettim. Fakat puanını haketmediğini söyleyebilirim. Odada bulunan klima inanılmaz sesli çalışıyor ve çok pis. Yatak başında bulunan lamba çalışmıyor. Yastık kılıfları temiz değildi. Tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu. Banyo büyük ama temizliği iyi değildi. Eski duruyordu. Tuvalet fırçası çok pisti. Odada su ve çay ikramımız dendi. Su vardı ama ne su ısıtıcısı vardı ne çay ne kahve. Kahvaltı ne cok iyi ne de çok kötüydü. Meyve suyu diye koydukları şeyler meyve suyu değil aromalı içeceklerdi. Verilen fiyata veya çok az daha üstüne daha iyi hizmet veren otellerde kalabilirsiniz ve kaldımda.

Otel Gaziantep'te Atatürk Bulvarı'na bakan bir ara sokakta kaldığı için oldukça huzurlu ve sakin. Odanın temizliğini, banyodaki beyaz mermer döşemeyi, kahvaltıda sunulan peynirleri ve personelin ilgilisini beğendim. Klima fanının biraz gürültülü çalışmasını ve wireless bağlantının zayıf olmasını ayrıca not etmek isterim.
