The Neighborhood:
Located in the Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, this cabin sits right along the Roaring Fork Stream and is just 0.7 miles from the heart of downtown. The setting is peaceful and scenic, yet incredibly convenient.
Getting Around:
This cabin is easily accessible via paved roads, with parking available on-site.
While the roads are typically manageable, we always recommend a 4x4 vehicle when traveling in the Smokies—especially during winter or heavy rain.
Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for travel in the Smoky Mountains. While the access roads are paved, mountain conditions can vary.
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, weather permitting.
• A Keurig coffee maker is provided and supports both ground coffee and K-Cups—please bring your own.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Loved staying here everything was clean and beautiful. The balcony was amazing on the river, got to see a couple of ground hogs and bear. Very close to town, we walked the short walk into town most nights to enjoy the weather and Mountain View’s. Highly recommend staying here and will be absolutely booking this cabin again in the future. Price was not bad at all for this cabin and everything went smoothly with check in and check out.
We absolutely loved this cabin! Highly recommend it. Location was great - cabin size and set up is perfect for a couple or a couple with a child or two. Loved the sound of the roaring water when we stepped out on the back porch! We only stayed two nights for a quick getaway, but wished we could have stayed longer!!
We loved this place! Checking in & out was super easy which we loved, it was very clean and the location both close to downtown Gatlinburg and on a stream was the perfect combo for us. The hot tub was great and we were thankful to have a place where we could do our own laundry. Will probably be booking again next time we visit Gatlinburg
Perfect location in Gatlinburg, just a few minutes drive from all the action but far enough to enjoy the stream that runs just below the balcony. Clean and peaceful. Will be staying at this location in the future.
The cabin was very clean and located close to town. Very convenient and beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the host provides easy access to extra linens and towels.
It was a wonderful stay overall. The only hiccups were we had ants and then when outside thoe big bore bees. Minus that, it was the perfect spot for a couple to enjoy. Close to so much and easy parking
Host was great and attentive to our needs. Air conditioning was broken when we arrived to a warm cabin. The A/C was fixed the next day. We had to sleep upstairs in the loft where there was a mini-split A/C for that room. The balcony and hot tub were nice, however, some jets in the hot tub did not work, which was a bummer.
We LOVED our stay at this precious little cabin. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was immaculate, and very updated. Just perfect for my husband, son, and I. We really loved the hot tub and the river. It feels like you’re way out in the boonies, but once you’re in your car, you realize there’s so much to do and eat right there near you. We would definitely stay here again and again. No complaints here!! Thanks to the owners for being so wonderful.
We enjoyed our stay at this property while vacationing in this area. It was super clean, which is very important to us. It had everything we needed & was spacious enough for our family of four. It is very close to the main strip. We loved listening to the water in the creek out back while sitting on the deck and also enjoyed the hot tub. Check in & out could not have been more easy. We definitely enjoyed our stay & would recommend this property!
This cabin far exceeded all our expectations. It appears brand new, was very clean, modern, and gorgeous inside and out. Working with the owner was seamless and easy. Great location both for walking into town, but also for getting to the cabin while avoiding the Gatlinburg traffic jam. For our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) this was one of the best trips we have ever taken, in large part due to this cabin. Overall the best VBRO experience we have had!
Good location and modern rental with few areas of improvement
Love the location next to the stream and on the roaring fork road. It's a modern house that could be luxury but I feel missed a few things like big towels for the hot tub, very cheap toilet paper in bathrooms, and the downstairs bathroom the floor feels like it is rotting out under the tub/shower and is soft when you are standing on it to take a shower. The pillows were thin and horrible(very cheap), I would expect bedding in a rental like this to be much better. Overall it's spacious and clean with a great location.
This is a beautiful property. Not large, but nicely done. The place is called "Roaring Fork" and roaring is accurate. The creek is loud, but I loved it. It was a great break from the hustle and bustle of life. We saw birds, squirrels, & a woodchuck. The jacuzzi was nice too!!!
Only bad thing was the spiders and webs on the deck. We broomed it all off , but the spiders returned and started rebuilding while we were in the hot tub. Bring your insecticide.
The cabin is in an excellent location. We walked into town once. It was very clean. Chris was very responsive to questions. The “roaring river” was the best sound machine while relaxing outside. We would definitely stay here again!
