The condominium advertised laundry access but was unable to accesss the room as it was locked. Could not get cable to work in the living room or a bedroom. One of the cables was incorrectly installed. Never saw a person at the front office that was also locked the entire stay. If you needed anything you had to call a number at the front that was sent to an answering machine.

Great location for accessing Gatlinburg and the National Park. Nice amount of space!

Overall our stay was very enjoyable! We were able to walk to Gatlinburg to enjoy the restaurants and shops. The location was also convenient for hiking in the national park because it was located close to many trail heads. The space in the condo was perfect and it was especially nice to have two bathrooms. The balcony provided great views. The check in and check out process was very simple and easy!

I do not plan to stay on a Vacasa property again. The property management was terrible. On first arriving, we found what looked like cigarette ash/dirt in the both toilet bowls. Then we discovered the dishes in the cupboards were filthy. I like to take my shoes off when 'at home'. Put my feet up to watch tv, and my husband pointed out bottom of my feet were BLACK with dirt. Gas fireplace did not work properly, could only see the blue pilot light in rear. There were pot lids, but no pots. The only positive experience was working with the customer service. Tina was good about attempting to fix things. She arranged for Trisha to come and clean our unit. The condo pictures were deceptive. They had arranged furniture to have it appear larger than it was. Took out the tiny table (which was the only table inside) when the pictures for the living area were taken. Although it was described as for four adults - four could not use the table at the same time. Very unpleasant stay. We left a day early to go home to our clean home

Nice condo

The floor was a little dirty (my baby’s feet were filthy) but otherwise it was great! However, not super handicapped or stroller friendly if you plan to walk everywhere because there are only stairs to get down unless you walk down the big hill.

Nice condo but needs maintenance

Check in/out process was very easy and the communication was great. The unit was clean with an abundance of towels. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed: (1) only one operational plug on several electrical outlets in either bedroom; we had to alternate between phone charger, nightstand light, and alarm clock; (2) the balcony light wasn't working - probably just needs a new bulb; (3) the fireplace wasn't working and it appears the gas was off to the unit because we couldn't get the pilot lit or sense air being purged from the burner; (4) the 2nd bathroom drain is plugged to where the water begins to pool immediately. The unit has a kitchenette but it is very small and don't expect a full-size kitchen. However, there are so many restaurants and activities nearby that this didn't impact our stay. This unit is located only a few blocks from the Parkway and there is a convenient trolley stop ~200 yards away.

Weekend getaway

Property is a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The property was clean and well supplied. The only negative was that the door code is long and had to get phone out to look up code. We definitely would rent again if available.

This property has a great location to downtown activities. It also has great views of the town and surrounding area. This condo would have been perfect for our stay if the master bathroom had been clean. The shower had pink bacteria around the edge and covering the shower curtain. We showered with the curtain open because we did not want it to touch us. There was also black gunk in the surrounding tile grout.

We were very pleased with this condo, and we enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was the digital lock was very uncooperative. We usually had to try 4 or 5 times before the door would unlock.
