Budget holiday hotel good for families
A budget holiday hotel good for families. Kitchen and Microwave helps the stay to also be on budget. Friendly staff. The only caveat is that room is not cleaned during the stay---although OK for short stays, prolonged stay may present issues in this regard.

Very run down & outdated. Whirlpool tub broken in room, overall dirty & must smelling in our room. Property in disrepair . Parking garage was too small for our vehicle & very tight parking spaces in garage. We had to park few blocks away at the office & walk to our room with all our luggage. Was raining heavily when left & long walk to get vehicle with luggage in the rain storm. We witness a vehicle go into parking garage & smashed their car because was very tight space to get into

We came to get checked in and found that our room was given to someone else. After an hour of waiting we did finally get a room, onto to be moved 2 days later because we could hear our next door neighbors conversation at 1:30 in the morning. Next time I will request 3rd floor overlooking the creek with a kitchen.

The one nice thing about the property was the location. It was just a few minute walk to everything which was great. As for the staff, I felt that they were kind of rude for the most part. Made it seem like they didn’t want to help you by being short with me in responses and acting like I was stupid after asking any question. Lastly, the website is kind of misleading. The whole website shows the hotel across the street but instead we were but in the main lobby location hotel which is basically an outdated, dirty motel. This was extremely disappointing considering how the website made the place seem. As for being dirty, the property had carpet stains everywhere, what looked to be a urine stain in the shower, and dirt and grime all over the baseboards and floors. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but for the price and with many other options on the same street, I would recommend checking other ones out.

Sorry for your issues, we have three different properties that we manage on Airport Road, with seven different unit types and price points. We are capable of addressing any short comings you may notice in your unit if they are brought to our attention. Again, sorry for your issues.

This is an older timeshare property that shows some wear. For our purposes it was perfect. Clean, roomy, and convenient for walking to the main drag downtown. I would stay here again.

Great location off the main road- sidewalk to walk down to enjoy all the things downtown has to offer. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Very clean (one of the cleanest hotels ive been to in years!), comfortable bed and lovely kitchentte- room was plenty big for just the two of us. The only con (and I mean only con) was the picture of the hotel was a bit deceiving- there are technically 2 locations to this property that are about 2 blocks apart, so we did not stay it the rooms that were shown in the photos online. We were looking forward to the pool and hottub but it was going to be a process to get to that part of the property- walk a couple blocks,take an elevator/ stairs which made it not worth it. Overall, great experience!

I must admit the price was right and the affordability and location are what attracted us at first. We needed to be able to walk to the convention center and were pleased to find something with a full kitchen that was a good price. We found amenities that are often missing in rented condos. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The jacuzzi tub and the washer / dryer were nice surprises. Our morning walks to the convention center took about 5 minutes. The afternoon walks (uphill after a long day!) took a little longer. We will definitely recommend Town Square to our friends and plan to return next April.

This is the 6th time staying at Gatlinburg Town Square. Great location and nice 2 BR condo size. It's been 5 years since we stayed here and we were honestly disappointed overall. We expected a 5 star stay and got a bit less. The beds were worn out....with a big dip in the middle. No excuse for that. The appliances were almost new, but previously they had really good ones and now they are low end. The nice fountains and waterfall was not working and looked like they had not been for years. The big waterfall is the signature of the property and you really miss this. We were assigned 101 overlooking the road. We asked to be in the back with the stream, but perhaps that's the luck of the draw. For us to stay here again, we have to be guaranteed comfortable beds.

The website showed pictures of the main resort across the road. It was huge and nice. The pictures were attractive. Apparently, they bought an abandoned hotel across the street and are renovating it. I drove away from the place I stayed initially because it looked empty and in disrepair. It seems a few units were renovated to make them habitable. I just wonder if I paid the same as the people who were in the main building.

First this is a review of the 2 story building that everybody has to check in. The nice building you will see on all the pictures is 3 blocks down on the other side of the road and we never entered that building. We booked the two queen bed room because that was what we needed, what we didn't know is they call it standard room and it is where the check in is located at. This building is an old motel and it's nothing to compare to the other one. It was dirty, it smelled bad, it needed renovations and the room door is right on the street. We had it booked for two nights and after we checked in we realized we had to stay there for at lease one night since we didn't find anything else, but we book a different hotel for our second night, left a day early and ended up paying extra night. I told them that we are leaving earlier because the room is dirty and it is not what we were expecting and the lady at the office didn't even say sorry. We are not coming back.

There was a leak from the property above us into our spa tub and also into our shower. The staff was very helpful and the inside of the property was very nice, however, it is clear that the exterior needs work, door paint is chipped and exterior siding, dirty. The condo met our expectations. The facilities are a little dated but there are lots of fun things to do on the property (basketball, ping pong, pool - although the indoor pool water was very cold). It was right by a trolley stop, which was nice, and also a great location to walk from. It was easy to find a parking spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Convenient to the parkway. Kitchen was well stocked with frequently used items to cook. Didnt like that the hottub was very small for how big the resort was... always filled with at least 6-8 adults and lots of kids running in and out.
