Nice cabin layout-not managed well
The property is in a beautiful location nestled amongst other similar cabins. Great view off deck. Property didn’t seem well cared for. The grounds outside were littered with trash and debris. Inside hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned as we found a prior renter’s shirt and hat, mildew on shower curtains and a large soaking wet spot on bedroom carpet that began to smell as the days went on. WiFi was awful to non-existent. Called management numerous times. They came out for the wet carpet, black ant on bed and very squeaky headboard upstairs. When they left the carpet was still soaked and stinky; no fans or anything were left to assist in drying. We had no working internet throughout our 5 day stay. Again, the cabin is nice as far as the layout goes. The indoor pool was great for the kids. The outdoor hot tub was nice as well. Moderate amount of kitchen utensils and cooking items. Gas grill was a plus. I wish it would’ve been cleaner and our concerns with the WiFi addressed as I think this could be a place we would come back to.

We really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a good size for our group and will more than likely stay there again. I feel like the bedding could be a little cleaner but I’m very picky. I wish there were more towels and washcloths. There were not enough. Overall the place was clean and plenty of room for us. The kids loved the games in their room.

Relaxing retreat
This open and spacious cabin felt private and quiet yet close enough to all the touristy places in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We especially enjoyed the large windows overlooking the Mountain View’s. We appreciated having bear proof trash containers close by. We did see several bears but they were not threatening and were fun to watch from the safety inside the cabin. The kitchen was well appointed enough for us to eat in a few times and avoid the crowds downtown and even enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch or enjoy a movie on the large screen tv. The kids enjoyed their bunk room with arcade games and their own tv…and the parents enjoyed it being on the opposite side of the house from their room. Overall an enjoyable place to relax.

Great cabin!
The location had amazing views! The drive to the location was unexpected, having never stayed in Gatlinburg, and there was no description of the location and steep drive. The property was clean and beautiful, and was plenty of room to accommodate our party of 11. The property management company was easy to communicate with and friendly. A great trip/stay!
