"Es ist eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Zimmer sind hell mit großen Fenstern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir waren zwischen den Jahren da, es hat geschneit und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn wir die schöne große Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Die Gastgeber sind entspannt und total freundlich. In Winsen-Innenstadt gibt es genügend Geschäfte, Bäcker etc. alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden."

"Super close to main train station so easy to use public transport to see the city and port. Dont like key system to access rooms. The staff were really nice at breakfast, and there was some good choices but lacking in fresh fruit. No coffee in reception area or toilet on that level. We really missed having tea/coffee makers available in the rooms."

"The room had everything we needed arranged in an efficient way. It included a reclining seat beside the bed, kitchen with optimized compartments for fridge, utensils, fully stocked with plates,mugs, and cups. Breakfasts were outstanding and memorable. The quality, variety and quantity of fresh items was impressive. Staff were pleasent and helpful. Location was perfect. Within 5 to 10 minute walk to any of the main sites."

"Arrived and travelled in from Hamburg central station, Berlinner Torr is nearest station . At time of review there is an awful lot of road works and rebuilding of the transport hub there. This meant lugging suitcases up and down about 70 steps. However if you go out the hub and further along main road there's a cut through in a park with ramps. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and place was spotless, nice modern contemporary vibe to the place. Breakfast was great with a large buffet selection of hot and cold foods. Enough to get you started in the morning. Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in your room, that's the only negative I could find about this place."
