"I tried to be fair and ignore the poor reviews and give them a chance since the price was good. That was a mistake. The room had been somewhat remodeled, but was still really old and outdated in several areas. The bathroom was dirty; it desperately needed a fresh coat of paint and the tub needed to be scoured. When we woke up in the morning, a puddle of brown water had backed up into the sink. The whole room had a strange smell. The mattress in the pull out bed was covered in rest stains from the metal frame. And, my wife saw a lizard in the bathroom!"

"The property is good for essentials such as bed, TV, AC, microwave and refrigerator, but you may have to ignore some shortness of non-essentials such as lighting, power plug, washing and drinking."
