BED BUG!!!!! The hotel is a decent hotel and has a great location. BUT I knew it was to good to be true with the price. THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!!!!!!

Check in lady ignored me for quite a while, no "I'll be right with you" or anything. I asked for adjoining rooms and had booked 2 doubles - she said she could do an adjoining queen and double but a king/double would be extra. I asked how much extra it would cost and she ignored me, then said here are keys for a queen/double. I had booked through Hotels.com so I don't think she wanted to bother with changing anything. Very unfriendly. The next morning there was an African/American man on duty and he was awesome-greeting everyone that walked through.

Continental breakfast was a joke. Coffee in room consisted of 3 decafs and a caf. None extra at the Breakfast area, had to go to front desk for more caf. Why use 3rd floor (no ice machine) when hotel was essentially empty.

I really loved my room. Especially the feather blanket for the bed. My stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the two hour hollering and door slamming going on from about 10 pm to 12 pm. I had to get out of bed, open my door and shout that I would like to get some sleep. Staff should be around to keep hallways quite. It was not the cheapest room. I had plans on staying another night but changed my mind after not being able to get a good nights rest. But I did love the room.

The property was clean and recently updated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. My only complaint, was that the beds were “rock hard” and not comfortable.

Our check in was very efficient and pleasant. We had a good nights sleep. We enjoyed a good breakfast before we left. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was good, everything else was not. Upon arriving and going to the room I walked in to find a room that seemed that someone had trashed it and they were still using it for guests without fixing it. Curtains torn down but still hanging from the track, night stand broken, toilet running and not securely fixed to the floor. The only blanket was the flat sheet and the cover that is for decor also as warm as a flat sheet. I was cold but with two thermostats I had no idea which one was on if either of them even worked which I do not think they did. The bed was hard as a rock and I had to unplug the fridge due to the noise it made so I could try to sleep. I left the bathroom fan running all night to help with the noise of the family down the hall with the door propped open and kids running all over. If there was a chance the stay would have been refunded I would have tried to go to one of the other hotels in the area. I would never stay here again

Nasty. Check in was the easiest part. It declined from there. There were clear signs saying it was a non-smoking hotel. As I walked the hall closer to the room, the smell of smoke grew stronger and stronger. It was coming from the room next to the one I was to stay in. I entered our room and the smell went away for the most part. However, we could smell each time a new one was lit. After we confronted the staff, the smoking stopped. The room is obviously in need of some repairs, but with a 2 star I expect some of that. What I did not expect was a shower door that would not shut and black mold lining the shower door and handles. It is clear that nobody had attempted to even clean around those areas as the mold came off with a damp rag in a few places (I tested during a video I took of the state of the room). The sheets and comforter appeared clean. The refrigerator had ice build up and some spots showing it had not been cleaned. I didn’t even look in the microwave. There was no TV remote in the room. We left before even midnight bc we were grossed out. When I mentioned the mold in the shower to the attendant at the desk, she just said “oh.” For the amount paid for the room, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted.

Had 3 rooms and all 3 had a weird smell. Tge rooms were not cleaned. Found hairs all in my bed. And to make it worse the cleaning staff did not come clean our rooms. I didnt make a fuss because we only stayed two nights. However, I will not go there again.

The TV didn't coordinate with cable for viewing. No bedside lamp, only 10 feet of overhead fluorescents, annoyingly bright. No desk lighting. Clothes left in a drawer. Shower device pulled away from the wall with long screw sticking out. Suspicious people hanging out at entrance. I'd never stay there again. That said, the staff was pleasant, yet couldn't help me with the TV.

I would like a refund. Property was disgusting. We did not stay. We walked in and turned around. Drove hours down the road and ended up spending 200 more dollars on a much better hotel.

NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!
I wish I could rate this hotel but unfortunately I can't. After a long 8 hour drive, I was looking forward to a comfortable room and a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the PET FRIENDLY hotel I thought I had booked wasn't PET FRIENDLY at all. I was refused accommodations. Mind you, we were trying to check in at midnight. The clerk on duty refused to allow my dog the night's stay saying that they HAD CHANGED THEIR STATUS. Well, that's all well and good but if it's NOT ON THE INTERNET how the hell am I supposed to know that??? The clerk recommened another hotel in the area which under the circumstances seemed like a good choice. Unfortunately it was more of a flop house than a hotel. Used condoms in the bureau! Dirty trash in the room and no towels in the bathroom. This wasn't the vacation I expected!!!

Improved after the first night.
We booked 3 nights at this hotel. Randy checked us in late the first night. He was friendly. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It wasn't very clean. The shower had a bad odor and the toilet ran and flushed itself all night. We reported this to the morning clerk who came up to try to fix it but he couldn't so he moved us to another room across the hall. It was exceptionally clean and a much better standard than the other room so we were thankful. Not sure why there was such a difference in standards. Everyone working there was friendly and accommodating. They may have been short staffed and doubling duties. After the move we were very happy with our stay.
