「Our family came for a Disney trip with 4 adults and 4 kids ages 8 to 1. The house was magical and clean. The hidden treasures were a delight. The barbecue worked, was clean, and well loved. 「Overall this was a nice location. Could use a little bit of overhaul, some new beds and some tlc under the beds. We did encounter a hiccup the first night which the host quickly resolved. Size wise it is very spacious good for a family visit. Outdoor safe playing space for kids inside the gate. Otherwise no complaints.」

「What a great home. It's brand new, and tastefully furnished in a modern style. Brand new high end appliances, in a gated upscale community. Located just off the 91 freeway and Tustin Ave.It's conveniently located, and ready to get to everything we needed. Three bedrooms upstairs, one down. Huge kitchen, great upstairs loft. Next time we're in town, we hope to stay here again.」

「Great host with great timing on communication. Any questions I had she answered very quickly. The home is just as described. This home is located in a nice area with shopping centers in walking distance. Having two restrooms in a one bedroom is a plus. The home was fully stocked with anything you would possibly need to have a peaceful stay. I will most definitely stay again when I’m in the area. "ヘアドライヤーが部屋になく、フロントで借りなければならない。 私は３泊した内の、初日にヘアドライヤーを借りた。初日に使用したら焦げ臭い匂いの後に、黄緑色の火花が散って、ヘアドライヤーが完全に壊れた。 それをフロントに伝えに行き、替えのドライヤーを貸してとお願いしたら。全て貸し出してフロントにはないと言われた。 壊れたヘアドライヤーをフロントスタッフに返却したら、なぜか貸出用のヘアドライヤーを入れるボックスにそのまま入れた。 私はそれを見て、フロントスタッフはヘアドライヤーが壊れていることを知りながら、他の宿泊者にそれを貸し出そうとしてると思った。 翌日ディズニーで遊んだあと夜遅くに借りに来るから、フロントで正常なヘアドライヤーを1つキープして下さいとお願いしたが、翌日ドライヤーは全て貸し出されていた。 このやり取りを最終日まで 、3人のフロントスタッフと続けた。 フロントスタッフは全て流れ作業で、依頼をしたことをメモにとる仕草もない。 ハウスキーピングも全く床の掃除がされておらず、髪の毛が落ちており、手を抜いていることは一目瞭然だった。 サービスと設備が最悪の宿でした。"
