「We had such an excellent stay. It was perfect for our large family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Excellent communication, as we got locked out (our fault) and we messaged the host and within 5 minutes they were there helping us get back in! We will use the house again in the future!」

「Great house for a large family if going to the theme parks nearby. Our granddaughter wanted to spend her birthday at Knotts Berry Farm and this house was perfect for that. We had 10 of us all together and the house was very spacious and enough bedrooms for everyone. It also had a large backyard for the kids to play in. The neighborhood is nice and safe and there are plenty of restaurants close by. This is definitely a great place to stay with your family.」

「First of all, finding the house entrance wasn't easy. Parking outside is a real headache because you have to park horizontally to avoid blocking the street. Second, the living room rug was dirty, with bits of toast on it, and the coffee table was filthy. The sofa was awful, with terrible stains that made you not want to sit on it. Third, the tiny kitchen barely had the bare essentials and didn't even have a blender. Fourth, the patio furniture was filthy and covered in cobwebs.」

「Started out with the property manager being kind. It was hard to locate and it is a tiny small studio. NOT WORTH THE COST. Then when we left the property manager claimed that we broke the bed. It was myself and my 17 year daughter there. We each slept in different beds and we were rarely there. She put a fake claim into the insurance company stating it was 120. The picture showed a small leg was broke. It WAS NOT broke when we left. The property manager said she believed that we didn’t break it...
