I like that it was quiet. I didn’t like that you took the lion down and the Koi pond. That was the place where I used to bring my kids and my grandkids so remodeling and just making it an area just receiving and eating. I didn’t like that at all.

They were remodeling. So the noise reverberated through the hotel. Breakfast was great with variety and they had omelets made to order. One of the better breakfast in the United States in a mid tier hotel.

When I was booking the stay for the night, I was transferred to a 3rd world country representative. Not only was the rep hard to understand, he would not confirm my email address after I repeated it to him nor did he confirm the date and location after telling him when and where. He booked the wrong date, and wrong location. Did not advise me of the no cancellation policy until AFTER he booked it. I booked with another rep and even then they were rude. I'd rather deal with an AI taking my reservation or a USA based rep.

First of all, I give customer service 5 stars. I left something behind and they communicated with me and kept it safe until I picked it up. The free breakfast buffet option is fantastic. They both hot and cold cereal, bakery items, hot food and made to order omelettes. I will definitely stay here again!!!

The breakfast was very good and so was the snacks and booze in the evenings. The only thing wrong was the construction going on but it was clean and not loud!!

This property is going down hill. The employees are not happy or welcoming. Not friendly at all. The room’s table was broken, the shower was clocked just nasty. We stay there at least 6 times a year. Will not be returning if I can help it.

Spacious Room, Clean, the Sheets had a couple hairs (not ours). The matress is not comfortable. The Safty lock somehow locked us out of our room when we got back late from Disneyland. The staff doesnt know how to help even though they've had this issue before. They offered another room until the maintenance crew arrived at 5am. We had everything in our room, medication, sleep apnea machine clothes. So we stayed up and finally engineered a strap to unlock it ourselves. I just think that if this happens a lot, the night crew should have a tool or knowledge how to unlock the doors when maintenance is not there.

Great location, close to Universal Studios with free shuttle to City Walk. Hotel was lovely, great amenities, and the staff were incredible (shout out to Danny & Julio!)

I stayed here with my family and it was safe, including the surrounding area. Everything was clean and the rooms were huge. We got the king suit and it was perfect for a family. The breakfast option was huge and a short drive to Disney. I highly recommend. We will be staying here again.

La cadena de los Embassy me gusta, trato de llegar en ellos cuando puedo. En este en especial lo que no me gusto fue los cajones de estacionamiento son muy pequeños, terminan o terminas golpeando un carro al abrir puerta y tambien no entiendo por que teniendo habitaciones tan comodas y amplias no tienen camas queen size

I didn’t like afternoon snacks. Pizza should be free . Your maintenance dept was excellent. Our air conditioner froze over and they assisted us by getting us another room.

Unfortunately I didn’t realize the pool was not working and the neighbor pool was at capacity so we were unable to enjoy the pool that was a huge let down but other than that everything was great
