It has picture perfect views of Bear Lake, updated kitchen, floors and living spaces. Green space to play lawn games and spacious deck to enjoy meals, views and time together in Bear Lake. Free Wi-Fi with Roku TV, 2,400 square feet on three levels. Sorry no pets allowed.

Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort.

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.

Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally.
