"Lovely staff, Hadice and Nurullah were outstanding hosts, friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and my single room, although small, was suitable for me. The only down side is it faces onto the communal courtyard which means it can be noisy in the evening and in the early morning. But most of the other rooms do not face onto the courtyard.. I would return if I came back to Sanliurfa! Value for money."

"Güleryüzle karşılandık fakat geliştirilmesi gereken eksikler vardı.Oda temiz ve büyüktü fakat banyo/duş alanı küçüktü.Küçük duş başlığı sorunluydu. Sadece tek çeşit sabun/şampuan vardı sanırım şampuandı ve çok minik geliyordu bastırınca ve oradan şampuan almak neredeyse imkansız yani şampuan kutusu hiç kullanışlı değildi.Saç kremi veya duş jeli yoktu.Sabah verilen kahvaltı ise oldukça düşük segment ürünlerden oluşuyordu çeşit yoktu sıradan peynir zeytin haşlanmış yum azıcık patates kızartması şeklindeydi,asla et ürünü veya börek tarzı bir şey yoktu.Çok merkezi balıklıgöle yürüme mesafesinde fakat dar sokakları ve otopark sıkıntısı da var.Odanın ferahlığı ve güleryüzlü karşılama sayesinde veriyorum bu puanı"

"We arrived at 11pm and the staff came running, helping with the luggage and smooth check-in. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean, great shower . Breakfast was tasty and plenty of different dishes served to the table. Location is great, near the market, the museums and many eateries. From the terrace we overlooked the Balikligöl Park with the castle behind. Friendly staff. We liked this hotel and would stay here again."

"Nevali Hotel was good value for money and in a convenient location. The staff were kind, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Elif, the Guest Relations Manager, for her assistance and warm hospitality. The hotel offers free parking, a spa, and a very good breakfast, which we really enjoyed. The only small issue was the lack of clear signage when driving into the hotel, which made the entrance a little difficult to find. Apart from that, we really liked the hotel and had a pleasant stay. We would happily recommend it to other travellers visiting Şanlıurfa."

"Hotel is great but smoking is a big problem in the hotel, it smells everywhere, day and night. I know everybody smokes in Turkiye and is difficult, but if you are a non-smoker or have respiratory issues (allergies, Asthma) I would not recommend staying here. "
