The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were so friendly. The facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the sauna and swimming pool. Located right beside the beach, it offers beautiful views and makes it easy to step outside for a relaxing walk. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The view is fantastic. Overall, the room is Very clean and well maintained. The view from the pool for sunset is top notch. However there is no service at all. No bellman to help upland and unload luggage. With the pricing tag like this, the management team needs to put the customer front and center and have an overhaul on service. Furthermore, the charge of two simple coffee is more than 20 USD. That is a rip off.

Spectacular ocean view rooms! Generous room size and nice quiet location yet close to everywhere. Breakfast was included and food was pretty good. Gym was small but very clean with wonderful ocean views.Both indoor and outdoor pool had amazing ocean view. I think it’s time to update some bathrooms. Some tiles were chipped and the mirror inside the shower was eroding. It was generally clean but the housekeeping forgot to check inside the closet. There were dirty pair of socks inside the closet that looked like previous guests left behind. I called the front desk. They apologized and took the socks. It would have been nicer if the hotel offered something - a drink coupon or a glass of wine - as an apology.

The views from the higher floors are spectacular. The room was clean, and the staff was very service-oriented and friendly. The location is ideal with short walking distances to well-known beaches. The restaurant's buffet was great and offered a wide selection of Korean dishes. The hotel is highly recommended.

오래간만에 다시 방문하였습니다. 뷰와 공간은 역시나 너무 좋고 좋은 추억 다시 만들고 갑니다. 조식 및 석식 뷔페 음식도 여전히 너무 만족스럽습니다. 높지 않은 밀도와 편안함 때문에라도 방문하게 되는 것 같습니다. 어찌하다보니 겨울에 주로 방문하였고 여름은 처음이었는데 다 좋네요.

씨마크는 최고 훌륭한 위치에 감탄스런 오션뷰로 1박만 해도 힐링이 된다. 이번에도 역시 잘 쉬었다. 호캉스를 하면서 늘 느끼는 아쉬운 작은 점은, 이렇게 훌륭한 호텔들이 객실청소 부분에서 점수를 깎인다는 점이다. 객실 정비하시는 분들이 중요한 몫을 한다는 걸 인지해주셨음 좋겠다. 이번에는 인상깊었던 사우나 여성쪽 정비하시는 아주 친절하셨던 직원분께 큰 감사를 전하고 싶다.
