Main living room has 60" Smart TV with Basic Cable, lots of comfy seating. Kitchen fully stocked with modern appliances and dining area. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, toilet/bidet with heated seat. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has a full size bunk bed plus a twin bed. All rooms have a Smart TV.

The ground level is open to the boat dock, has a bar, fridge, gas grill, TV, access to laundry room and half bath. Bring your own boat and water toys or enjoy our kayaks included with the rental. Adult and child life vests are provided. Boat dock is available as are two floating docks for kayaks or wave-runners. (Boat, boat lift and wave runners not included)

This house has a fenced in yard plus a large open yard complete with horseshoe pits. The open lot next door is included with the rental for ample parking or games. Please no parking in the street.

Fish from dock, or fish the canals with the kayaks.

Located just a short distance from dining, drinking, grocery shopping and convenience stores. The community pool is walking distance or rent a golf cart from one of the locally owned businesses for easy access to the pool or beach.

This is the perfect place to spend a vacation.
