The house is very close to the beach and walking distance to a lot of places. Plenty of room for the family with 2 bedrooms and 2 pullout sofas. The only issues we had were there was only 1 tv in the house and you cannot access the house with the keypad on the door. We drove almost 5 hours and when we arrived, the code didn't work on the door. I called the property manager 3 times before getting a text back saying they were on the phone with someone. They did provide a new code to unlock a lockbox with the key for the front door which worked. The check in information needs to be updated. Other than that, it was great!

We loved everything about the property!!! It came as advertised. It was conveniently located, close to great food, and a very short walk to the beach. The neighbors were nice too. We even saw three bunnies in the neighbor's yard roaming free one afternoon, which we did not expect to see on the coast. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.!!!

Was in Galveston for my kids high school dance. Property was clean, and serviceable. Great place for the family to hangout, sleep and get ready for the dance. Little issue with door but quickly rectified.

House was neat and spotless. Kitchen was well equipped, and all appliances worked well.It is near restaurants and the beach. Outdoor furniture and a grill were also a nice addition.

My friends and I stayed here when we in town for a conference. This place is 2 blocks from the seawall so you can hear the waves. It is an old house that has been updated. Comfortable beds and bedding ,roomy and updated however there were some inconvenience s such as no lamps in the bedroom, grass in front over our ankles,, front door lock didn't wotk, and back door wouldn't lock.Nice kitchen and still cheaper than a hotel. drive/walk to food and activities.

We stayed at this cute house before our family boarded a cruise ship out of Galveston. It was the perfect weekend getaway for our family of 5!!! The bonus room allowed for our youngest teenager to have privacy and a place to sleep since it was a 2 bedroom! Great location! Only a block from the beach! We will definitely stay there again!

The house was great and it was super close to the beach. However in over 10 years of visiting Galveston and staying in rental homes we have never had so many issues with keypad/ getting into the home and being able to lock our belongings. Key pad stopped working on day 3 of our trip. Keypad was replaced but code was changed. New keypad also failed to work on day 4. Keys in lockbox but we were unable to access, box was rusted stuck. Had to bring all my valuables with me when we would leave rental and lock valuables in the car.

Our stay was pleasant with no incidents to report!! The house was just the right size for two people and very clean. We had everything we needed.
