However, a lot of times, it is difficult to trace, just because the humidity here is high and when it gets too high, everything smells mildewy! We always want to attempt to get it resolved for our guests though!

The only thing we will not be able to do is provide much more in the way of the breakfast as we do not have any facilities in which to cook. That is why we only advertise it as a "continental breakfast." We have added, boiled egg, yogurt, fresh fruit, and additional bread items be our options are sorely limited!

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us, Kim. Our location should be clearly visible on the map function provided by Expedia. We do have a great many guests who love the location because it is quiet compared to the rest of the island, but also within a mile of the beach, next door to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens. The two areas you should stay in if you like a lively nightlife would be the Strand or the Seawall and maybe you can enjoy your time on the island.

I am so sorry this happened to you during your stay, Stacie. I will address this with the staff right away. It appears that the gentleman did not share that he had agreed to waive the pet fee with anyone, so the lady at the front desk was clearly in the dark about the previous discussion. We will strive for better communications so that we do not have other guests encounter this issue. Our location is not ideal if your visit is going to the strand; however, it is only about 10 minutes from us if traffic cooperates. If there are multiple cruises going out on a day, it tends to get more congested and take longer. We find that people enjoy the quiet that we offer, even if we are not as convenient as other hotels to locations like the strand and the seawall. We are less than a mile to seawall, but not in the tourist area!
