On the main level is another king-size bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and walk-in shower.

There is an outside shower and finished patio downstairs, so you can wash away the sand and relax when you’re all done. Barbeque your next meal over the charcoal grill, and you have your choice of two decks to eat on -- partially covered or covered.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
