This relaxed atmosphere beach house is nestled in the quaint beachside section of Spanish Grant with only a short 3 minute walk to the private beach. The home is located on a cul-de-sac lot, giving it extra privacy. The ground level has a large built-in picnic table & charcoal grill for entertaining. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & TV's in every room (for the rare moments you don't want to spend on the beach or exploring Galveston) you are set up for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

Sandy Feet Retreat is located in a private neighborhood on Jamaica Beach. Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is a short walk to the private beach.

There is room for 4-5 cars in front of the house. You may park on the grass. You cannot park on the road. The neighborhood is small, so you will just be walking to the beach and then using your car to come and go as you please :)

****Please understand that this property is located on an island in a climate that has warm summers & humidity. Along with this weather we get lots of mosquitos, bugs and flying insects. In May there are also small winged termites in the area. While we wish that we could control these things, we simply cannot. We suggest bringing extra sunblock & bug spray...and don't plan on your hair looking great while down in the summer ;) Just enjoy the beach hair look. Thank you! ****
*We have a maximum occupancy for adults of 6. Each additional adult over 6 will require a $25/night fee.

*We are dog friendly. There is a one time fee of $100 for wear & tear and additional cleaning charges that come with pets. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.

*While pets are allowed, we do not allow pets on the furniture or beds. There will be a $200 fine if you choose to ignore this.
