Welcome to Pelican Landing, this beautiful hard to find 4 bedroom home is located just a few blocks from the beach and the bay on Galveston Island's West End. Pelican Landing has everything you need for an unforgettable beach get away.

Located just a 15-20 minute drive to all the Galveston attractions, shopping, historic district, water parks and theme parks. You really won't want to go home! 

The home is impeccability decorated and maintained. The kitchen is loaded and equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Recently updated the kitchen features quartz counter tops, subway tiles and stainless appliances. The large coastal-farmhouse table has seating for 6 and the counter-height breakfast bar features seating for 4!

Adjacent and open to the kitchen is the large family room with sofa seating for 8! Enjoy a movie on the large flat-screened smart TV and listen to some tunes on the bluetooth sound bar. The family room also features a queen sized pull out sofa with memory-foam mattress.

No detail has been over looked in this home! All 4 bedrooms feature smart-flat screened tvs and USB outlets for charging. The bunk room has a Playstation 3 (guest provide games), pack and play and a high chair. High quality linens and towels are provided. Numerous board games, puzzles and playing cards are provided for hours of family fun. The house has all the comforts of home.

The Terramar Beach Community is one of Galveston Islands best kept secrets, located on Galveston's far West-End the subdivision has something to offer everyone. Pelican Landing is located just a few blocks and a very short walk to the beach, Terramar is a Golf-Cart friendly community with easy golf-cart parking (or car) right on the beach. Golf cart rentals are available for very reasonable daily and weekly rates (we would love to help set up a golf cart rental for you, just ask us.). Although there is a parking area on the beach vehicles are prohibited from driving past the designated parking area which makes Terramar Beach ideal for families. The subdivision also offers a community swimming pool (open seasonally) and a marina with a boat ramp and fishing area available for our guest to use. West-End Marina Restaurant is a quick golf-cart ride away and offers delicious food and drinks and entertainment opportunities year round.

Terramar Beach is a Golf Cart Friendly Community, the beach is a quick 1 minute golf cart ride from the house. Let us know if you would like help renting a golf cart for your stay, there are companies that will drop a golf cart off to you.

Pelican Landing is NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. This is a family friendly home and subdivision.

We have a 5 night minimum June-August, and 3 night minimum during other times of the year.

Last minute reservations will not be accepted.
