3Bd/2Ba beach house that is perfect for a romantic getaway or family fun vacation!!

This non-smoking (smoking allowed outside only), pet friendly home offers free WiFi, cable, outside entertainment area, fireplace, fire pit, outdoor charcoal grilling and a fully stocked kitchen with many other amenities.

The master has a King-size bed, night stands, large closet, office desk, dresser, chest of drawers, television & private bathroom. The "queen room" has 2 queen sized beds, a nightstand, dresser, large closet and television. The "bunk room" has a full bed & a twin bed making it a perfect kids room. The living room has a sofa with a pull out couch, a love seat & chair with ottoman that overlook an 84" TV and fireplace. The house can sleep up to 11 people if all pillows are occupied. There is a washer and dryer in the home along with a second bathroom and outdoor full shower. The kitchen and house has everything you need for a perfect stay. We provide all linens, bath towels & beach towels.

The outdoor areas have swinging chairs and outdoor furniture to enjoying the wood burning fire pit while you barbeque on the charcoal grill. There is a children's playset with swing and slide for kids approximately 3-6yrs old. The yard has fencing but it is not "secure" for dogs trying to get out.

The house is walking distance to all community amenities such as a park with community pool, food, kids' playground, stores, bait, boat ramp(requires permit-contact us before booking) and of course the BEACH and bay. You and your family and friends will feel right at home. All you need is your bathing suit and sunscreen.
