Great house lock malfunction

FAULTY LOCK:
The instructions didn’t match the lock. We managed to eventually get the lock to work. After unpacking we locked the door and were headed to a 6:00 p.m. dinner reservation. We realized we forgot something and tried to get back in BUT THE LOCK BOX WOULD NOT WORK. Called for help and left for dinner reservation.
I let the customer service representative know that we had a small dog in the house. The Representative (Diego) assured me that he would send a new code for the door and a code to a separate box that held a key.
When we returned we tried the new code but the lock wouldn’t work (and the spare key wouldn’t work because the doors were bolted on the inside) CALLED AGAIN. After a long period of time the new representative finally said she would send a locksmith to the house. It was dark and we were using our cell phone flashlights to see. Meanwhile the dog is going crazy inside. My husband started trying windows just in case one was unlocked. He found two. He let us in from the inside.
A locksmith came over a short time later and replaced the faulty lock.
We have NOT tried using the code instead we are using the key that was in the other lockbox.
NOT A GOOD WELCOME EXPERIENCE.
DISHWASHER:
The top rack falls off. It needs repair or replacement.
CLOTHES DRYER:
When door is closed the dryer is full of condensation which contributes to the strong mildewy/musty smell in the master suite. (The washer/dryer are located in the closet in
