Welcome to the Mid-Century Dream! This home is newly renovated and immaculately decorated on the interior. The home is equipped with 2 Queen beds in separate spacious bedrooms, along with 3 twin beds in the third large bedroom. All mattresses are new Sealy Posturepedics and topped with antimicrobial mattress covers. Premier furnishings are featured throughout the home, with a 55-inch SMART TV in the living room, plenty of lounge seating, and dining space for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who wish to indulge in their own home-cooked meals, and the private patio area is the perfect location for enjoying a meal or enjoying the sun. In addition there are quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, along with a washer/dryer downstairs.

This home-like living extends to the surrounding area, where you can live like a local and enjoy all the major attractions such as Gavelston's Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, or The Grand Opera House. Location is in between seawall and Strand. If not wanting right by beach you will love the house. Kitchen equiped with coffee, oil and some spices which is great. Very uncluttered. Smells fresh and clean. One need we would love to see changed bedrooms dont have plug by bed to charge phones or other devices.. not sure why as various well thought out spaces and areas in home. Front driveway is able to hold 2 cars but is narrow and broken. Alleyway next to house but didnt bother us at all. Street parking and neighborhood quieter. Definitely would stay again. Mattress are slightly firm but giving. Masterbedroom had dmall window unit which helped get room cooler (we like 70 at keast to sleep) and other rooms have celling fans.

Home was beautifully appointed. Spacious living areas and bedrooms. This was a perfect accommodation for our family—together but with plenty of space. Quick drive to all of the Island’s tourist destinations. Host was friendly and responsive.

Very clean beautiful home. The house looks exactly like the pictures and is in a great neighborhood. Very close to the beach and down town. The owner was very helpful and quick on responding. I will definitely be booking again.

The house was as advertised in a good spot in town. The house was very roomy, clean and close to seawall. My only negative would be is to add another TV possibly in master so everyone is not sharing the 1 TV in living room. Overall Excellent service!

House was absolutely adorable! Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans and spices. Basket of beach towels came in handy since a couple of people in our group didn’t bring theirs. Beach, restaurants and Pier were only a few blocks away, which was fantastic! You are within a few blocks of everything you probably want to do. Host was great with tips on rentals, location of beach etc. would stay here again.
