Amazing Gulf Views, Pets Welcomed ADA Ramp, Fenced Yard

Escape the noise and crowd of Galveston City and relax with the breeze and sound of crashing waves at this beach-side house in Sea Isle named 'Beach Haven, Sand & surf are just a few steps away from the spacious second level deck. Enjoy great views of the beach as well as watching your family and friends playing in the sand from living room (see pictures for views). Ample large windows also allow similar beach views but from the comfort of indoors. There are four bedrooms on the main floor with 3 baths. The main floor sleeps 10. The ground floor bedroom with 1/2 bath can be rented separately and sleeps 2 more. The ground floor bedroom will Never be rented to a separate guest but gives an additional space for those guests that need a little extra room. The rate is $85.00 for one night or $75.00 a night for multiple nights. There is an Out door shower with Hot and Cold water, so a guest just renting the main area has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths plus the extra out door shower. Use the large shaded area under house for cook outs with family and friends even if weather is not perfect or gather to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Also know that your dog kids (all sizes of dog kids welcomed) have a fenced in yard with ramp access - for easy up and down potty breaks, groceries, luggage and wheel chair and/or walker access.


Open concept floor plan provides a comfortable area between kitchen, dining, and living area to spread out and entertain indoors while taking in the beach scene thru large French doors with two large side panel windows.

If you need to stay 'connected' while at the beach, 'Beach Haven' has high speed Internet access (Wi-Fi) and AT&T U-verse HDTV for all your entertainment needs.

Covered parking for up to 4 cars underneath house while paved driveway can accommodate 4 more.

Enjoy access to the Sea Isle community swimming pool just across the main road on the bay side. Home owner association office sells $100.00 pass for 10 people for each week of your stay. Public boat ramp is also available on bay side both less than a mile away.

Perfect beach house

Perfect Beach Stay!

We had a great time at this house --- everything was in tip top shape, and our favorite part was the wildflower sandy (and short) path to the beach! Great views from balcony and inside -- and plenty of everything (dishes, cookware, kitchen equipment TP, PT, linens). You would enjoy a stay here -- host easy to contact and quick to respond.

Amazing beach getaway

Amazing beach getaway! First time to use Verbo and wanting to get a special time planned for family celebration. Could not have had a better experience close to the beach with incredible ocean views. Would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Wonderful experience

The house is very accommodating for a family of 8-10. Plenty of bathrooms, chairs, large dining room table & fully stocked kitchen. Location to beach and the views are phenomenal! The ADA ramp and walk in showers are added bonuses as well. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable and close to beach

Great hosts, great house, wonderful stay! Everyone had plenty of space, beach is close and for the most part only homeowners were in our section of beach which was nice. The house was fully equipped to make cookies with the Grandbabies and also make seafood dinners on the grill. Master bed was extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. Fully enjoyed our stay, you will too.

The house was more than we expected. Perfect location with a lot of room. New outside deck with beautiful views. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. We have a 13 yr old black lab and the ramp made it so easy for her. Thank you for sharing this amazing house !!!

Great Location and Stay!

This is the first time using VRBO and booking a home to rent in Galveston. We were thoroughly happy with the communication from the owners, they answered all of our questions and stayed in touch before, during and after our stay. We had a total of 8 guests and the house being pet friendly was a HUGE bonus for us as our pets are our children too. Easy access to the beach by walking just a minute or two, 2nd row but great view of the beach itself. Quiet area and great for a family trip. Bonus was the ramp, outdoor shower with HOT water and the ability to rent the additional downstairs room if we had needed it. This home felt like home away from home and everyone had a great time. Will definitely book this home again for another trip!

Family had a great time!

My family (6 adults and 2 children, plus two dogs) stayed here for a week and had a great time. The view of the ocean from the beach was one of our favorite parts, we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks happening in the city all the way out here. Lots of grilling downstairs and volleyball on the beach which was a short walk away. It's pretty far from Galveston proper, which was nice for peace and quiet but a bit of a drive if you want to check out the Seawall, etc. Since we were looking for a family friendly beach environment it worked out well. Seven Seas grocery was nearby and I suggest checking them out, pretty awesome people there for being such a small store. Patty and Milan made an effort to stay in touch and were very helpful hosts. Overall a great place to come have a family beach vacation.

Perfect Location- great hosts

This was our second stay and were excited to see the beautiful upgrades to the master bedroom and the added bath in the second bedroom. Since our last visit the deck has weathered a bit leaving spaces between the boards. This is a non issue unless you have a small dog. She fell through a couple of times before we realized she could not be put down to walk on the deck. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you could possibly need. I did have to go to the store to get cleaning supplies and dish soap. This may have been an oversight of the cleaning team since these were readily available on our first visit. This home truly does feel like home and it is a lovely property with amazing views and easy beach access. Hopefully we will be able to visit again soon.

Beach Haven is perfect

We’ve been staying here for our annual family beach vacation for several years. It’s got a great view and so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. There’s plenty of room for our family. It sleeps 10 very comfortably. Milan is a wonderful host!

Wheelchair friendly

Our stay was terrific. My father in law uses a wheelchair for mobility and the house well accommodated the wheelchair. Wonderful view of the beach and owners were amazing.

Family Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ramp was very important for our family. My husband uses a scooter for walking distances and my vertigo makes walking downstairs difficult. I especially enjoyed the view of the gulf from the living room. So peaceful and relaxing!
