The house is very clean and a very short walk to the beach. It was comfortable and the layout is nice for a group. The kitchen had almost everything that we needed.We specifically rented this house for the pool table, but both pool cues were broken and unusable. There are shear curtains on the bedroom windows so prepare to wake up with the sun and change clothes in the bathroom.Overall, we had a nice stay in this home. Terramar Beach is quiet and relaxing.

The house was beautiful with an even better location. The check in process was simple and fast. The only things I’d consider opportunities for improvement were:1) the check out instructions in the guest book were different than the ones in the website. Potentially could have cause an issue. 2) the pool table was one of the reasons we chose the house. It was severely damaged. We would still stay again. Those issues were minor for us.

All was good. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. One recommendation I would make is to have some kind of curtains in the bedrooms that u could close at night to make it darker and block out the morning sun. The bedrooms got awful bright early in the morning.

This place photographs well. Looks great until things happen. It rained daily down during our stay plus a tropical storm came through. That’s when the house leaked. ALL. OVER!! Major leak between the breakfast nook and main dining area. The first bedroom in the left had a leak and right above the metal stairs leaked. We had towels all over the place. The front door/main entrance was almost impossible to lock. It says pull up handle and turn right, yea, not that easy. We had towels leave the place unlocked while we left. Call the number and was told someone would come by but no one ever did. Did love the location. Right on the beach and about 15 minutes from town. They supplied more than what they have listed on the posting. We never ran out of fish soap or TP and we had 6 people in our party. It is dog friendly which is nice. The pool table room smelled a little musty but expected that from a house on the beach. It was a challenge getting luggage upstairs and there was an elevator but it is locked. Upstairs bed was super comfy and I loved the upstairs bathroom. The outdoor shower was great as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if leaks were fixed.
