Our bathroom was very clean, which is so important. Breakfast was delicious and so much to pick from. Best Western was a great choice. Thank you! "

"Our room was on the 4th floor, however the elevator was inoperable. It was difficult to climb the stairs for my husband. The hot tub was not working, which was a huge disappointment also. I will call ahead next time to ensure that everything is in working order. Not quite the stay we were expecting."
