「It was bad, from the arrival they didn't give us one of the booked rooms we booked to triple bed rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 single bed room, the so called breakfast was a piece of bread, not a continental breakfast, also the rooms not cleaned by housekeeping and had roaches (i have pictures), and when informed to the staff they just ignored us, this is not right to charge us so much for what, we paid for something we didn't get and also we had to kinda sleep with roaches and bad...
「I booked a hotel ended up being moved to a hostel/BnB without the breakfast. No one to assist me with anything. Ended up at my hostel by chance, someone in the neighborhood knew where it was. No one told me where or what room I was in. Spent an hour waiting for a reply to my messages. Finally got in the room... the mattress was worn out like it spent 10 years in a house of ill repute. I woke up with a sore back, good thing I only had to sleep on it for four hours. 」
