Great getaway

Beautiful house, nice place to stay, conveniently located close to the University and near great restaurants. Communication with the property manager was easy and any issues were immediately addressed. House is located in a quiet neighborhood that is being built up. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood feels safe. Parking can be a little tight but there is a designated spot that you can fit two cars in.

Gainesville getaway

Our stay was excellent. The house is like brand new and very comfortable. The location is close to restaurants, a brewery and a grocery store. Very close to the University and all the nightlife.

Home away from home

Extremely clean and comfortable house to come to after long days of work downtown. Will book again. Close to downtown and campus. Quiet neighborhood. Good internet and TV options. VERY comfortable beds.

Family visit and vacation

The place is located close to the Florida Gator campus and restaurants in the area. Quiet neighborhood with lots of open space. The only complaint was the shades in the rooms are not light blocking so some in our party had a hard time sleeping with the lights from the neighbors porch light. Will definitely stay here again.

Very Nice New Home! Exactly as advertised!

This beautiful new home was perfect for sorority mom’s weekend! 3 of us stayed here comfortably with our daughters and there was plenty of room to hang out in between our scheduled events. The house is well-appointed and is exactly as advertised. And we loved sitting on the front porch! We hope to stay here again on future visits!!

Location of house was great. The only thing missing was a blender in the kitchen and dimmer switches for the overhead lights in the dining room and living room. Blackout or darker window shades in the bedrooms would be nice to block out lights from neighbors lights.

Gator game

Absolutely amazing house. Everyone loves it. TANKLESS water heater is life changer for game trips. Seriously great location for all other houses in vicinity are Vrbo and you’re there with fellow fans. But even for a trip or healthcare it’s PERFECT

I loved this Place/Very Nice and will stay again

The unit was very simple/very clean and just awesome. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need to cook. The bathrooms very modern they even provide shampoo/conditioner/liquid soap in the bathrooms . Publix in walking distance w/plenty of restaurants if you don't want to cook. My family has a restaurant within 2 blocks Germains Chicken Sandwiches. If you're going to Gainesville, stay here. You will not regret it.

Weekend stay

The place was nice, clean and perfect for 4 people to spend quality time together. Only complaint was the lack of towels, especially when you spend the weekend at the drag races. 😊. Also a throw or blanket would be nice for each room in case of cooler weather like this weekend Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Not a bad place

There were a couple of things like hairs in the showers and suspicious marks on the walls around the toilets. I ended up just cleaning some of them off myself. Otherwise, it was a great location and nice house. Sprayer for the bathtub leaks when running a bath, so that was an unpleasant surprise and the owner has rules like "no eating on the furniture". Probably would not choose this property again, but overall I don't regret my time here.

Modern new home with amenities

We stayed in Gator Grove over Christmas while visiting family. A family member unexpectedly went into the hospital so we ended up cooking all of Christmas dinner at the house which was no problem. A grocery store was literally around the corner and we were able to use the fully equipped kitchen to make the meal. The master shower and bath were beautiful, and we appreciated little things like plenty of coffee mugs and wine glasses! It took us a few minutes to figure out how to turn on the burners (there is an on switch on the front of the appliance that needed turned on). The ONLY thing we wished the house had was a throw/blanket in the living room for curling up. Great place - we'd definitely try to stay here again on a future visit.

Location a bust

Overall this property was great, nice size, beautifully done, super clean but it was NOT where they said it was. Both the map on the site and the written mileage was way off!! The site said it was 3 min walk from the Hipo theater but it was a 25 minute walk. It was also in an area where we did not feel safe walking at night. We chose to spend extra money for this house because of the location. Several of the events we were to attend would have been walking distance but we had to take an Uber or drive. VRBO tried to tell us that the maps are not that accurate but the owners lied about the mileage and we have never had this problem before with VRBO. Also the owner not very responsive! We should get some of our money back or the crazy cleaning fee cost! This property not right down town!
