「Property was excellent. House was great. Close location to the events we were doing. The only slight complaint was that the house had a heavy smell of wet dog when we checked in. We tried to air it out and that helped with the smell. 」

It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also.」

The property is so beautiful and the house is so cute and cozy. We're already talking about coming back to enjoy more hiking in the area.」

「The loft was great. It’s in the middle of nowhere. We barely had a phone signal. But that was okay. No WiFi. That was okay. But most of the dvds were scratched so bad you couldn’t watch them. We did watch 3 movies. It was quiet.」
