"Everything was good except one morning the elevator did not work and I have a walker and my room was on the 2nd floor. Not easy getting down or up."

"I was given a handicapped room at first. The door did not lock and that room was dirty. We let the staff know and he was very accommodating and changed to a more secure cleaner room. After we were moved, we were very satisfied with everything."

"The room was very nice. Everything was updated. The location seemed to be safer than the area south of I-10. The kiosk front desk with a televised desk clerk was a negative. It was difficult to understand the gentleman and presented an unwelcoming ambience In addition, I think the $100 deposit should be referenced in your description. That was a bit much for a 2 night stay. While the hotel quickly credited the deposit, the guest should be made aware of the process in advance. "

"I stayed at the hotel for approximately two days. The hotel was getting floors cleaned and the air conditions maintained at that time (with just signage basically saying suck it up). This was truly disappointing and was extremely loud when my girlfriend and I were trying to sleep. I paid a total of 23 dollars more for a premium room and the entire room looked no different than the other rooms shown on Expedia. Our room had a lot to be desired and needed to be upgraded and completed desperately. The hotel had such a great score(8.8) is the only reason I booked there but honestly I would rate it closer to a 5(at most)."

"We loved this hotel. We only stayed one night but the staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. It is a bit away from civilization it felt like but that wasn't a deal breaker. "

"I have 2 service dogs and the man working the front desk charged me for them. Despite me offering to show documentation. This was not the experience I needed after the horrible day I was having. The place is not in very good shape and doesn't match the photos. The place was grimey and did not feel sanitary. For being a Wyndham you would think they would update their furniture. My room was a non- smoking room and smelled so bad of cigarettes. The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is the manager this morning gave me a refund for the pet fees and confirmed that it is not legal for them to charge a fee for service animals. The bed cover, chairs, and floor was filthy. I had to fill the bathtub and rinse before i could use. So glad i did with all of the hair and floaties that came out lf the jets. My feet were black after walking on the floor. Hopefully this review inspires some change."
