good！
ロケーションが幹線道路に面しているため、早朝から車の往来が多く若干noisyだったが、レセプションやレストランの接客もfriendlyで、客室も清潔であり、総じて快適に過ごせた。

市内にあり長期滞在にオススメ
2016年12月に宿泊しましたが、部屋は広く綺麗で従業員も親切、とても快適でした。部屋に電子レンジがあったのも良かったです。あとはコインランドリーがあれば完璧なのですが、この国ではまだまだ無理ですね。

居心地が良い！
お部屋がとにかくゆったりしています。中庭が素敵。隣接のレストランの特にステーキが外国で食べた中では格段に美味しかったです！特にヒレ。今はワインがサービスで付いてきてます。2杯分くらいの中瓶です。お値段はディナーで1200円くらいだったような。 あまりにも居心地がよくて１週間くらい長居してしまいました。 中庭も綺麗です。。

Big up to the staff for great service and friendliness. The front desk forgot to pick me up from airport but covered the taxi fare when I got to the hotel. They didn’t have to do that and I appreciate it. I will recommend this place.

The property was not able to find my booking when I arrived at the check-in desk, at approximately 6pm. The property initially wanted me to rebook using their systems and pay again. It's the second time this has happened to me at this particular hotel. After many hours my booking was "found".

Great management who went beyond their call of duty. Friendly, helpful staff from the cleaner to the security to the front office lady, to the management. Great location, smaller more personal hotel, great value for money.

Clean hotel, big room with kitchen facility
Clean with huge and most comfortable bed. Allocated room quite noisy next to main road and outside airconditioning units or Generator. Although pick up from airport booked and confirmed, no driver at airport and not a good start for a single travelling woman arriving at 22.00pm at night. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay
Room rented was in fact a small apartment which included a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave and cutlery. Apartment also had nice lounge and dining area. Bathrooms well appointed and although bedroom was nice, it was a bit small in relation to the rest of the apartment. Nice quite area and good wifi and breakfasts. Staff service was slow and problematic. I reported a significant maintenance issue 4 days in a row and no action was taken until I had to escalate the matter to management (eventually professionally resolved).

A nice place to stay
The reception staff all friendly and the rooms were well heated by the time we arrived in a rather cold Gaborone! Dinner at the News Cafe was great....not exactly very good at breakfast!

exceptional employees
The staff here is wonderful. They are extremely helpful. Leabile Themba arranged an airport shuttle, a late checkout and a ride to the currency exchange. The evening manager helped me with a sticky door lock (I was too tired after 30 hours of traveling to figure it out) I think kind and helpful characterize every staff person I have worked with.

Could be better maintained
Had a quick overnight trip at this hotel. Unfortunately, the room where we stayed, although very nice and clean, had a broken air-conditioning unit. By the time we were able to tell the reception, it was too late to change rooms, and they were unable to fix it. We had an extremely hot night and I was unable to sleep. Too bad, since the hotel has lots of other nice features.

Clean, friendly and convenient
My stay at Mondior was most enjoyable. The staff were friendly and so helpful. I also found the location very convenient to all the Gaborone attractions and each morning I looked forward to the lovely buffet breakfast. I would gladly return to the Mondior in future visits.

Room 312. Shower door does not close easily when user is in the shower. Soap dish hangs loose. Aircon insufficient for Gaborone. More complimentary bottled water must be made available to guests. One little bottle a night is insufficient.

Our maintenance handyman will definitely see to it that the shower door, the soap dish and the air conditioning unit gets attended to. Comfortable hotel with some extraordinary staff
The airline lost my luggage and the hotel staff bent over backwards to help me with logistical issues especially having the shuttle take me around to deal with the issue. Hotel is nice; rooms comfortable. Bed nice, which is always important to me. Only draw back was no toothbrush and toothpaste despite the little sign in the room indicating they would be available if you forgot--or, in my case, the airline lost my luggage. Included breakfast at the News Cafe was surprisingly good.
