The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"The entrance to this Limehome is a little tricky to find at first, but once you know where it is, the location is fantastic! It’s tucked into a charming little square surrounded by amazing food options. The U-Bahn is only about a 1–2 minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna, and Schönbrunn Palace is also very close by. Overall, it was a convenient and lovely location for experiencing the city!"

"The property met our needs perfectly. The fact the tram stop was outside the property was a real bonus especially after a long day sightseeing with food shopping on the way home! For such a large hotel complex, the apartment was so quiet. There isn't much to walk out to in the immediate area but that was fine with us. There is a large Spar 10 mins walk. It was such good value for money."
