A total of 4 newly furnished apartments are for rent in the house, one apartment is for 4 guests , two for 2 guests and one for 3 guests. On the fully fenced garden of 400m2 guests have available for shared use: swimming pool with salt water, whirlpool, sunbeds and umbrellas, garden furniture for outdoor dining, covered brick barbecue, and covered parking for bicycles. Host lives at the ground floor and several parking spaces are located in front of the house.
