"The room was very clean. It came equipped with a small refrigerator. I fixed the toilet from leaking all night long. The chain to the flapper would get caught underneath and cause the toilet to run all night long. It never happened again. The parking lot was being repainted while we were there. It was an inconvenience, but shows that the owner was maintaining this hotel. The indoor pool was clean,but the odor of chlorine was too strong for me. Most of the cleaning staff only spoke Spanish. All of the front desk staff were great helpful people. The man who takes care of the breakfast is very attentive and never allowed anything to be depleted. My only complaint is that the eggs are made from a yellow liquid inside a plastic bag. The bag with the egg liquid is microwaved in the bag. Everything is kept clean and tidy for breakfast. He does a great job. One other complaint is the air conditioner goes into some type of power saving mode in the middle of the night that caused me to wake up hot."

"Sat at restaurant for 10-12 minutes. No staff ever came to table. We left. Rooms are super dated The springs were felt from the mattress. Our tub didn't drain. No trash can in bathroom only bedroom."

"This has unfortunately gone down here. Had our wedding reception here 17 years ago and have stayed multiple times since and has been wonderful. The edges of carpets in hall are visibly dirty. We tried 3 rooms- all were visibly filthy around the edges of carpet- area by microwave had broken tiles, etc. Marked as a "deluxe" room- not at all accurate. Ultimately ended up leaving (we are local) and got a refund. Hoping management/ownership takes the opportunity to get things back in shape."
