The sleeping arrangement is an upstairs compact loft with steep steps, limited headspace, and does NOT accommodate those with mobility concerns or restrictions.

A beautiful spot to relax and unwind! Everything was perfect, to the picture-accurate house to the beautiful scenery. Definitely cannot recommend enough!
We had a great stay and really enjoyed visiting this property. We had a wedding to attend and were looking to making a nice weekend out of our visit for the occasion. The amenities are great and the opportunity to fish anytime was great. When we needed anything the host responded right away and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Great place to stay. I was on a business trip. Beats a hotel!!!!!Fishing was great as well.

What a wonderful, peaceful stay. Very clean, very quiet and many animals to see. The deck is so nice to sit and relax. Everything you need is there even mustard and ketchup. 🙂
They even had fishing poles and I caught 2 fish. It was very very nice.
This property and house are just as promised. It is secluded, tranquil and well equipped. The outdoor space is wonderful, with corn hole, fishing gear, even bug spray provided. The sleeping loft is accessible from really steep stairs and it is important to note you have to crawl into the bed! Once on the bed you cannot sit up straight. We did run out of hot water after one shower. I would highly recommend for people agile enough for the tiny sleep space.
Very cozy, meaning tiny! The pictures are a bit deceiving as far as the space in the sitting area. The step risers are very tall and was a bit difficult for me being 5’1”. The kitchen was sufficient with an apartment sized fridge. Bathroom was adequate and shower was just fine. The deck/veranda was beautiful and it was nice to sit out with a cup of coffee in the morning or visit with friends in the evening. Parking was okay, but it was difficult parking our large SUV. Location was perfect for our needs and we were able to get to Columbia, Hatton, and Millersburg easily. The pond was nice and we were able to catch and release a couple bass and bluegill. Kim was great at responding. The loft was a bit difficult to maneuver in but doable. Perhaps easier for someone younger! Overall a nice place to stay for a couple days.
This cute little property was perfect for a few days away by myself. It’s close enough to the town that I could run in and get dinner but far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings. I saw the cutest deer playing around the pond. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is a tiny home, but it had everything I needed for the days I was there. I would highly recommend this for a solo traveler or a couple.
