I used my cell phone when I book this hotel, I didn’t see that I had to go to another place to pick up the key. I saw this “important notice”right after I booked. I had two kids with three big luggage and three carry on luggage. Then I tried to cancel it and book the real hotel. It didn’t allow me to cancel. I finally called the hotel they couldn’t cancel it either. Then we had to go. It took us forever to finally arrived in the room

Other tourists should take notes and beware , before booKing rooms at this hotel :
1. Walk 10 minutes to collect key
2. Walk another 20 minutes to reach actual room ( no transport provided , if unlucky may need to walk with luggages under rains )
3. Check in time 5pm , very late
4. No services to help to keep customer's luggages before check in time at 5pm. It is chargeable at ¥500.00 per bag
5. No reply on email
6. No cooking allow
7. No kettle to boil water
8. Very far away from JR station , very very inconvenience.
9.The keys collection arrangements by this hotel is very disadvantage to customers and no consideration of providing any friendly services to customers.

nice hotel.a bit far to walk from train station.

It's clean room with exception of the toilet which had pee stains. CWe were happy to stay there.
