フロントの対応がとても良かった。ノイシュヴァンシュタイン城行きのバスの時間をプリントアウトしてくれたり、荷物を預かる場合についても話してくれたりとこちらの拙い英語でも理解をし対応してくれた。

スタッフの対応がとても親切。ノイシュバンシュタイン城の行き方も丁寧に教えていただけました。お部屋もトータル可愛い作りで大満足です。　ヘアシャンプーとボディーソープが同一のものだったので、使用して問題はなかったですが、気になるかたは自身で持っていった方がいいと思います。

スーパーに近く、夜も静かなホテル

フェッセン滞在の2日間宿泊に利用しました。清潔感があり、夜も静かでゆっくりと眠れることができました。朝食も充実していて、私は朝食無しの予約をしていましたが、チェックイン時にレセプションの方に朝食をつけたいと申し出たところ快く応じてくれ、気分の良い接客をしてくれました。また、利用したいと思います。

期待通りの快適さ

Wifiは快適に繋がりました。街の中心部に近く、地下に駐車場（有料）があります。部屋はそこそこ広く不満はありません。

The hotel is conveniently located on the road to the castles and other attractions. After a morning there, we walked into old Fussen and enjoyed a walk by the river and enjoyed an amazing venison goulash at a local, 400 year old restaurant. We were on the first floor, right alongside the main road. It was a bit noisy due to the traffic. It might be better on a higher floor. The breakfast and dinner there were good

Hotel confortable, parfaitement situé, à distance de marche de restaurants et boutiques. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre. On a aussi apprécié le stationnement souterrain (payant) et le déjeuner. Personnel accueillant et sympathique à la réception.

Great hotel .

We stayed in Best Western hotel in January 2024 for two nights. Excellent hotel, great location, spotless clean , great breakfast, very freindly staff. The lady at the reception Lea is super helpful and very pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel and we are definitely coming back 😀

Newer hotel with good facilities

There's a lot to like. It's a newer hotel with larger rooms for the price than many hotels in Germany, working a/c, usb ports in the room and a friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. The breakfast is good and my room had a kettle. One thing I didn't like was that the a/c gets switched off in mid-October "because it is winter" as the front desk put it (although it was still warm outside during the day). Also, the hot water was slow to come through and the water pressure was low. The in-room safe is too small for a laptop. Although it's an easy walk from railway station, guests should note that google is wrong to show the hotel on the west side of the road.

Great Place!

This is a very nice hotel that is an easy 7-minute walk from the train station; no taxi needed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially about getting same-day tickets to the castles. I followed their advice and was able to get what I needed. They have a restaurant on site and they serve, for an extra cost, a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are well-appointed and the beds are super comfortable.

Close to train station and the town centre. Staff were super friendly and rooms were spotless and well maintained. Breakfast is well worth the 11 euro price! Overall an excellent stay!
