The hotel is really good, but what I liked the most was the warm and friendly attitude of the staff. Elena and Marjan from the welcome desk, and Vasilina made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. Thanks to them, we felt truly welcome. When we come back to Fürth, we will definitely stay at this hotel again because of their wonderful hospitality.

It's a fairly new property in a good location for Furth. Shopping in walking distance. Only thing lacking was furniture to store clothing and better parking options as they borrow garage space from a concert hall, which was very full one night.

Stayed there during a trade show in Nuremberg, due to convenient pricing. (Although higher than usual) New, clean hotel with good breakfast. Rooms are comfortable with basic essential features. The only negative I can tell is, I stayed three nights there was no room cleaning even though I hanged the card.

Very new hotel and clean

The hotel room is very new; front desk staff was helpful to give me a quite room per requested. Breakfast was basic but it’s not bad. The only down side is that there’s no elevator to the parking lot; you will need to carry all luggages without a elevator.

I was humiliated by the receptionists.

I have been traveling for business for 30 years and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this is the first time I have ever been treated so disrespectfully in a hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel on September 22nd at approximately 10:20 PM, I was asked to pay for the four nights I had booked. I explained to the two receptionists that my company credit card would only debit the funds for the night's stay after midnight, and that I would have no problem paying the following morning when the funds were available. The women refused to accept this and insisted that I pay for the first night with my personal credit card. When I refused, they demanded payment in cash for the first night.I had to arrange cash to pay for the first night. The receptionists told me they would refund the cash the following morning after I paid by credit card. The younger one added that if I didn't pay for the hotel room the next day, I would be evicted and the room would be given to another guest. Of course, the following morning the money was back on my corporate credit card, and I paid without any problems. The hotel then refunded the cash. I have never been so humiliated in front of other hotel guests. The receptionists' behavior suggested that I might be an unscrupulous person trying to cheat the hotel. I didn't encounter empathetic, helpful receptionists, but rather two cold, uncaring bureaucrats.
