Summary:
Very unique and fully equipped penthouse in the heart of Los Boliches, perfect for business travelers and couples.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a bed, sofa, and TV, as well as a fireplace (for show) and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, also direct access to the large roof terrace, which takes you all the way around to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
The Space:
The area has everything to offer in terms of food, culture, entertainment, transport and shopping, with just a 2-minute walk, you are on the beach or on the train to wonderful Málaga City.
The wooden ceiling and interior, together with the many windows that let in the light, make it perfect for recharging your batteries during your holiday.
The apartment is on the top floor with an elevator that goes almost all the way up; the last stairs are mandatory.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire top floor and everything that is in the apartment besides from one smaller part in the wardrobe where our private things are.
The Neighborhood:
Authentic neighbourhood with lots of culture from all over the world, lots of rustic spanish foods, russian restaurants, swedish burgers, finnish sauna and cozy cafees.
Getting Around:
Train station is just around the corner and a car is not nessecary. Busses goes nearby every 30min.
If you would like to rent a car, there will be a lot of public garages near by and public parking on the streets.
Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- no groups under 25y (except families)
- No smoking inside, no parties
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
