The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in one of the most sought-after and peaceful residential areas on the Costa del Sol. This modern hillside community is known for its beautiful surroundings, sea views, and relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind while still being close to everything.



Just a short drive (around 5 minutes) will take you to the lovely beaches of Carvajal and Fuengirola, where you’ll find beach clubs, seaside restaurants, and a lively promenade.



The area is also close to the well-known Higuerón Resort, offering restaurants, a spa, gym, tennis and padel courts, and other premium facilities for sports and relaxation.



For shopping and entertainment, the vibrant center of Fuengirola is only a few minutes away, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops to explore. Malaga Airport is also conveniently located about 20 minutes by car, making travel easy.

• ✈️ Malaga Airport – Approximately 20 minutes by car, making arrivals and departures quick and easy.

• 🏖️ Beaches – The beautiful Carvajal and Fuengirola beaches are only about 5 minutes away by car.

• 🍽️ Restaurants & Shops – A wide variety of restaurants, beach bars, and supermarkets can be found nearby in Fuengirola.

• 🚕 Taxi & Ride Apps – Uber, Bolt, and local taxis are available and easy to use in the area.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
