Welcome to Urbanization Don Juan in the quiet Carvajal district of Fuengirola, just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean Sea and the 8km long promenade in Fuengirola.
A short walk from the apartment is Carvajal Train Station, which takes you to the airport, Malaga City, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, and Fuengirola Center in no time. The trains run every 20 minutes all day.
It is about 10 10-minute walk to the beach from the apartment, and on the way there is a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and much more.
The Space:
When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and cozy apartment with the kitchen directly to the right. Here, you have a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and everything you need to cook on holiday.
Further into the apartment is the spacious living room with a dining area for 5 people, a sofa group with a bed area, and a Smart TV. From the living room, you come out to the lovely balcony in a south-west position with a lovely view of the pool and the area.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with its own exit to the balcony, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
The apartment is also fully equipped with A / C in all rooms (these work with a timer of 4h), WIFI, a year-round open pool, a washing machine, and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- No groups under 25y (except families).
- No smoking inside, no parties.
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
