「This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. 「We really enjoyed our stay at Rubblestone Cottage. The cottage was warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. 「We had a lovely few days staying at The Blyth apartment. Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and town. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nice cosy bed. As mentioned in some other reviews the sound does carry from the apartment above but luckily it was only occupied for our first night. All in all a very nice stay and so pleased we could bring our little dog.」

「The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen.」

「Excellent communication from Helen, she always replied really quickly and was very helpful. The barn was lovely, such a peaceful location and the hot tub was amazing! We loved using thr pool table and the table tennis table and we had some great bbqs. We walked into Eye one day and drove to Framlingham one day, both are worth a visit. We loved the little dog, Raf, who kept coming to see us. He was a great playmate for our dog! We had such a great time and loved the barn and facilities so much...

「Perfect ‘get away from it all’ break. We were blessed with good weather but aside from that cannot fault the accommodation and location. If you want a quiet, peaceful time and somewhere a little ‘different’ then this place is perfect. Lots of nice walks in the countryside and close to places like Halesworth and Southwold. Definitely consider going back.」

「On arrival reception was efficient but not overly friendly. We had a pleasant room overlooking the well kept golf course.
