The 90 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a workspace for home office, TV, washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Enjoy two private balconies for morning and evening sun. Dogs are welcome in all apartments; a nightly fee per dog applies.

Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The property follows recycling guidelines and is equipped with energy- and water-saving facilities. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems. Self check-in is also possible.
