Lots of amenities in eoom and front fesk. Staff helped in answer my questions and giving me information. Actually got to know some staff by name and vice versa, and I was there for a week only.
We booked from Dec 26-Dec 28.
Check in: went perfect and smooth
Stay: The fire alarm came on at 4am, and then kept on going on every 30 min until 10:30am. The water was also shut off and we had to get an other room at 11 to be able to shower and get ready for check out.
Breakfast: nothing to brag about, they ran out of food and do not refill.
Checkout: receptionist was nice and took out number down but never got a call back.

The room was ok slightly dated . Slippery shower floor , thin towels . Hot tub not working . Nice kitchenette . The breakfast was good . Marina did a good job keeping breakfast going.
Comfortable and convenient. First time my husband was happy with the hotel.

Pleasantly surprised since first time at this facility. Good size frig/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker in kitchenette area of room. Get a lot for the price
I booked the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with kitchenette. It was like a cute lil apartment. My lil family and I enjoyed it. The pool was under maintenance. Bummer as we were looking forward to it. Otherwise I felt safe and nice are. Good breakfast as well!
We liked the location and the staff was good. Our bathroom had not enough towels or shelf space. Needed updating but functional.

Liked: Staff & service
Check in and front desk were great.
Areas for improvement
1. The rooms had a certain odor when I entered.
2. Had no cutleries, asked for it, could not get it.
We booked this place primarily for the kitchenette and the pool, which we were really looking forward to. Since we arrived late, we were quite tired, and the next morning, we had to rush out for a CIF competition. After the game, I found out that the pool was undergoing repairs, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working either. To make matters worse, the fridge wasn’t cooling, so the groceries I had bought went to waste. Additionally, the shower was broken, and the shampoo and conditioner were empty.
On a positive note, breakfast was simple but decent—consisting of cereal, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, milk, and coffee. The staff were really friendly, which was a nice touch!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
There were a number of problems. The primary reason I booked this property was because of its large outdoor hot tub/spa; however, when I asked the front desk person who checked me in what the pool hours were, she informed me that they were from 10am to 10pm but that the hot tub was out of service. That wasn't good.
When I actually went to do some swimming in the early evening, I had to have the front desk open up the pool area because they had pad locked it shut. It was obvious that they were hoping guests wouldn't use the pool area. Also, the sign indicating that the hot tub was out of service looked like it had been out there for weeks. It was getting crinkled from the exposure to the elements over time.
When I called Hotels.com to file a complaint about the hot tub, the person at the front desk of the hotel told the Hotels.com agent that they had called me prior to my stay to inform me about the situation with the hot tub. This simply wasn't true.
Beyond this, breakfast was horrible with almost no choices. Interestingly, there were a number of high grade condiments, but absolutely nothing to put them on. No eggs, no bacon, no biscuits and gravy, almost nothing.
I had an almost identical experience with a Townplace Suites last summer in a different location, so I am beginning to sense a pattern: Hot tubs out of service, nothing for breakfast, so I won't be staying with Townplace Suites any time soon.
