気になった点 : 清潔度
Nice size but not deep cleaned (4 adults, 1 teen girl)
Positives: nice size, two bathrooms, working stove, laundry, TV, internet, beds “available”. Easy check in (code lock, but anyone can access the backyard so make sure you lock the back door, no side gate/lock)
Cons: DIRTY. Including dusty cobwebs. (Was told they deep clean after each stay…) I have pictures, but no way to upload.
Found hair shavings in both sinks and toilets, half drunk bottles and cups, dirty sheets and blankets. Dirty towels. Huge hole in pillow. Super flat pillows, stains on mattresses, no mattress protector. Sheets so thin you can see through them. 5 total bath towels, no clean wash rags. It said space for 6 and had one couch. Dirty dishes in sink.
We arrived at 1045pm. I messaged them for an hour with no response. We stayed up until 1:30am cleaning, washing sheets, wiping down everything with disinfectant wipes.
The next day, sent their cleaning crew of two ladies; they kept apologizing saying no one told them to clean until that morning (after we arrived). They apologized that they couldn’t clean as well as usual because we were there. (We were getting ready to host an even at The Gardens.)
When we left, we stripped the beds, put dirty linens in the laundry area, washed dishes and threw all garbage away.
Also not a great area; apparently cars get broken into all the time. House right next to an apartment complex so cars are always parked in front of the house.
Said they’d compensate us, but haven’t heard from them since Saturday morning.
