Upgraded 2 bed 1 bath, all new appliances and furniture, 3 min off R99, 10 min to airport, great access (70 min) to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), close to stores and restaurants, fenced front and back yards, 300 MB high speed wifi, hardwood flooring, 65" TV w. Xfinity cable + Netflix, propane BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 2 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 3 cars securely parked inside fence gate with lock

Clean and Comfortable 100%
Cute house just like pictures on VRBO! This home was close to EVERYTHING and was so incredibly clean and comfortable that we did not want to leave. Most comfortable bed we ever slept in-no kidding. Slept like a baby. You will not find one speck of dirt in this home…anywhere! Everything is immaculate. I had to bake a wedding cake for my grandsons wedding while there. Wonderful clean kitchen, new gas stove/oven and countertops. Furniture was new-like and as spotlessly clean and comfortable as everything else. Loved the security of the completely fenced in front and back yard with locked gate across front of driveway. Nice sized back yard with large awning to relax under and enjoy the beautiful weather. You will want for nothing here. Masato has several properties around Fresno. I’m positive you cannot go wrong with any of them. Just book with Masato! Don’t even take a chance with anyone else. You can trust me! My husband calls me Inspector 13 lol.

Immaculate cottage with orange tree
Place was extremely clean, well-maintained. Appreciated parking off street. Easy check-in, and check out. Kitchen nicely stocked with dinnerware and utensils. I mentioned to Masato that adding a pot with a lid would be appreciated to go along with the two frying pans provided. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Another Great Stay with Superhost
This nice suburban home has a lovely backyard and is well-appointed throughout. We've stayed at several of this host's properties in this area, and it is always a first-class experience with superior communication, ease of entry to the property, and overall delivery of what is advertised.

Nice Stay Overall
Property was well maintained and clean. We were only here one night. Nothing negative to say. Electric outlets could have been an issue as my husband has a C-Pap machine; but we always have extension cords with us. Lamps are for decor but overhead lighting is perfect. Furniture is clean and comfortable.
