However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend."

Although we had a bit of a surprise when the 2.5 bathrooms turned out to be 1 shower room and 2 small loo rooms without any loo role - which for a house accommodating 12 was not what we had anticipated!
