"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt – die Ausstattung war vollständig und durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Selbst an unsere Hunde wurde gedacht – mit Leckerlies und gemütlichen Hundekörben. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Pros: Von Oma bis Kleinkind haben wir uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das romantisch gelegene Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und super sauber. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, von Kinderstuhl, Spielen und Büchern bis zum sprechenden Eierkocher. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt. "We had a good stay. Great location within steps to the Mirabelle gardens. Hotel looks very new and clean. Staff and friendly and helpful with train info, local travel. Amenities are well thought out - umbrellas, water refill station, drinks, dessert. One suggestion I would make is to open up the a la carte breakfast early - they ask to wait till 9:30AM which is too late for folks looking for breakfast but not interested in a $40 buffet. This was an inconvenience for us, otherwise everything else was good."

"Exceptional stay! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was wonderful every morning with plenty of delicious options. The food overall was excellent. What really stood out was the service—Sema was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"They stay was excellent and the location was beyond convenient - we walked to the hotel from the train station and walked pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go. The hotel itself had beautiful rooms and conveniences you would expect, including an excellent breakfast. Due to the weather, we really appreciated the 'free use' umbrella stand they had available for guests. When/if we make it to Salzburg again, we will book our room again at the Hyperion Hotel."
