"An unusual, comfortable home in a beautiful location with spectacular river walks on your doorstep. Bob (the owner) is fabulous, helpful in every way and very knowledgable about the local area and the places worth visiting. We stayed for six weeks with our dog and would thoroughly recommend the house for those who want to relax and enjoy the countryside... as well as the river, Negratin Reservoir is close by. "It's a proper hotel with good sized rooms and bathroom. Shower is powerful and hot. Room facilities are basic but clean, fresh and tidy with heating / aircon. There is a proper restaurant (we didn't try) and a bar / dining area which is fine for coffee, breakfast and even evening meal."
