We offer this charming 22 m² studio apartment for rent in Fréhel, about 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (bath). Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Communal area:
- A stone barbecue is available in the communal garden for the whole residence.
The apartment is ideally located in Fréhel, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot. 22 kWh charging point for electric vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe 23 km (26 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Saint Brieuc 47 km (42 min by car)
