Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautiful family home, ideal for up to 8 people. Nestling in the heart of the splendid Baie de la Fresnaye, you'll be close to numerous hiking trails, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Just 5 minutes from Fréhel, this house is the perfect base from which to explore the region in peace and comfort.

This property offers:
- A living room with lounge area (sofas, armchairs, TV) and dining table for 8 guests;
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with sink, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle;
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin;
- Separate WC;

First floor:
- One double bedroom (140x190cm) with duvet and pillows;
- One bedroom with two double beds (140x190cm) with duvet and pillows;
- A master bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) with duvet and pillows;
- Shower room with WC, washbasin and mirror (no shower);

- Wi-Fi access subject to 4G network coverage.
- 400 m² enclosed garden.
- Parking spaces in the driveway.
- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).

Optional services on reservation:
End-of-stay cleaning: €00.00 (subject to the conditions of the agency's house rules).

Independent arrival is possible after 6pm and on days when the agency is closed. Key boxes are located outside the agency.

Idéalement située à mi chemin entre St Cast et Cap Fréhel, la maison était parfaite! Tout est très propre, chambres spacieuses, cuisine bien équipée. Jeux et mobilier de jardin parfait. Fenêtres double vitrage bien efficaces.Seul et unique point négatif non indiqué dans l'annonce, l'emplacement au bord d'une grosse route très très passante, bruyant dès qu'on ouvre les fenêtres ou qu'on s'installe dehors pour les repas ou jouer..
